Rotiboy
International is a fast-growing bakery franchise in South-East
Asia. Based in Kuala Lumpur, they manage dozens of outlets in
Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong, with more added all the
time. They are known for their unique Mexican Bun recipe, and are
admired for their customer satisfaction.
Problem:
Rotiboy
has a unique and well-liked Flash website, designed by DC3 (Malaysia),
which contains two Flash forms, one for inquiries and one for franchise
interest. Their email accounts were getting flooded with messages
and they did not have any CRM solution to compensate.
Solution:
Using
COSMOS, we installed a Weboffice CRM for them which tied in to their
existing forms and organized the data into a customized Message
Center. The interface is designed like a normal email program, so
it is easy to use, but the data is all database organized, making it
easy to manage the information, reply and track the messages, and
export the data when needed.
